About me

Wendy Lahn has been in this industry for 3-1/2 decades, working with Buyers and Sellers to help them realize their homeownership goals and dreams, as a real estate salesperson and real estate broker. Wendy decided to broaden her knowledge base and entered the mortgage lending field, and is in her fifth year of brokering mortgage loans. Wendy is licensed in multiple states, having access to 48 states, being brokered by Loan Factory, Inc.. Joining Loan Factory is very exciting for Wendy, as Loan Factory is changing focus to helping its Loan Officers become successful in brokering mortgages and scaling their businesses to new heights in the industry. Wendy enjoys working at Loan Factory while providing a new and improved level of service to her lending clients, that Loan Factory is famous for.  Our focus is on making client dreams come true!
